Mirabella Bath

The iconic seafront boutique venue full of exotic charm

Beautifully set overlooking one of the most idyllic locations in Australia, and perched on a grassy knoll just a rolling wave from Wategos Beach, rests Rae’s...

Built in the 1970s, the whitewashed villa is the perfect blend of modern luxury and bohemian grandeur. With its beachfront open-air restaurant space, exotic décor, Moroccan inspired details, climbing fuchsia bougainvillea and laidback coastal charm, it is the ideal wedding venue as it offers a unique and unforgettable romantic experience.

Rae’s is blessed with extraordinary surroundings, but it is not only the location that is responsible for the boutique hotel’s worldwide acclaim. Behind the whitewashed walls, the Moroccan-inspired Mediterranean villa has just seven suites and penthouses, each with its own signature style and all of them private, plush and adorned with unique interior artworks by resident artist, David Bromley.

The laid-back yet elegant restaurant and open air dining terrace and beachside bar is the ideal location to host a unique and unforgettable event as it blends with the relaxing surrounds to create a memorable Byron Bay experience.

With unrivalled choices such as The Cape Lighthouse and Wategos Beach for larger ceremonies or the beautifully manicured lawn for smaller ceremonies, it is not surprising Rae’s is one of Australia’s premier wedding venues.

Rae’s is a positively dreamy wedding location for those drawn to the serene coastal charm of Byron Bay.
