Paspaley Presents Behind the Lens
Bride, Fashion, Health, Lifestyle, Travel

Luxury Australian pearl connoisseurs, Paspaley celebrates 80 years of Australian pearling heritage by paying homage to the beginning of their journey with Maxima – an exclusive collection created with Australian mother-of-pearl, authentic to Paspaley.

The Maxima Collection was launched with a breath taking short film ‘Behind the Lens’ by Cannes winning Director Ariel Kleiman featuring the stunning Clara Paget. The short film and fashion shoot were created in The Kimberley - a location at the heart of Paspaley.

Paspaley’s Creative Director Christine Salter explains “This campaign captures the modernity and versatility of our latest collection – Maxima by Paspaley, while showcasing the beauty of The Kimberley - a location so unique to my family’s 80 year pearling heritage.”

Maxima by Paspaley is the collection Paspaley have needed. It is delicate yet edgy, modern yet timeless and in my opinion perfect for bridal jewellery. Whether your style is classic, fashion forward or more bohemian there is a piece for you and the versatility of the fine jewellery allows for you to wear the pieces your way.

Each piece of mother-of-pearl has been hand carved by Paspaley’s team of expert pearl graders using the same stringent principals used to grade Australian South Sea pearls. The flawless mother-of-pearl selected for Maxima exudes rainbow overtones, each piece displaying exceptional lustre and refracting the light every angle, providing a striking iridescent effect.

Maxima looks at different ways that jewellery can be worn on the body - between the fingers or casually draped over day or evening wear, ultimately appealing to women who want to find freedom in the way they wear their jewels.

Paspaley are offering The Wedding Showcase readers an exclusive Pearl Discovery for you and 5 friends at any one of their boutiques across Australia. To find out more or book your appointment visit Your Wedding Guide here.
