“I feel that if I am going to play such a significant role on your wedding day, we should get to know one another first”.

My names Jimmy and I have grown up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I guess this is where I fell into my passion for photography, starting in surf and venturing into fashion. It wasn’t until I assisted a friend on a wedding that I completely fell in love with it. I used to be a plumber before I started photographing weddings and hated my job. I received zero satisfaction and was just grinding out five days a week, waiting for the weekend. Starting to think about life, I came to the realisation that I would rather do something I love, telling peoples stories on their wedding day is the best way for me to enjoy it.

I love all of the raw, organic emotions, that come out on a wedding day, friends and family celebrating such a monumental event in your lives. I pride myself in capturing those moments that often slip by unnoticed. Whether it be a tear, rolling down dads face, when he sees his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time, or the look the groom has on his face when he catches sight of his bride walking down the aisle.

I feel that every step, is just as equally important as the wedding day itself. From the initial point of contact, all the way up until the final delivery of your photographs.
I take pride in creating an experience for my couples, people should enjoy the wedding planning stages, not stress out.
